The Resource Center Program (TRCP) is a grant funded sub-program of West Central Industries.  We are located in Willmar, Minnesota.

We focus on four Western MN counties-- Swift, Kandiyohi, Renville and Meeker. We also support anyone who emails or calls to ask for help with their life challenge (disability).

Our goal is to:  provide you with the information you need, when you, your family member or your client/student/patient need it.

Our focus areas are: ADHD/ADD, Autism, Brain Injury, Down Syndrome, and Mental Health. 

TRCP is guided by an active Advisory Board.
