Business Catering:

We will work with you to ensure your meeting or event is a success. We specialize in home-style cooking and homemade baked goods. We can provide: box lunches, salads, deli and dessert trays, party platters, dinners and treats like bars, cookies and muffins.

Cookies/Bread/Bars: Every holiday, we make homemade goodies for individuals, groups and businesses to purchase. We baked over 1000 dozen cookies last year. The holiday sales supplement the Meals on Wheels Program.

Willmar JobLink Café: We have an excellent cafeteria. Hot and cold meals are available Monday-Friday. Salads, sandwiches, and dessert are always in the cooler.

Community Christian School: Since 1993, WCI has provided hot, healthy meals for the school children and school staff members. We are proud to partner with them!

WCI’s service project is Meals on Wheels. We prepare and coordinate the delivery of tasty meals to people who can not prepare meals for themselves due to age, disability, illness or recent release from the hospital.

Volunteers: We are always looking for people to deliver Meals on Wheels. Routes take less than one hour and are all within the Willmar city limits. Individuals and groups deliver once a week, once a month or once in a while.

Meals: hot dinners including entrée, vegetables/salad, dessert and beverage. Menus are listed in the West Central Tribune on Thursdays and in monthly invoices.
Available: within the city limits of Willmar, MN, Monday-Saturday.
Delivered: between 11:00-12:30 each day.
Cost: $4.27 per meal (checks, cash, food stamp vouchers, etc. accepted).
Special Diets: low fat, low salt, soft and diabetic available.
Second Meal: Frozen meals and sack lunches available for evenings, weekends or holidays.
Ordering: Meals must be ordered by 1:00 the weekday before it is needed.
Canceling Meals: meals may be canceled if WCI’s food service is contacted by 9:00 a.m. the day of delivery. If a meal is ordered and you are not home for delivery, you will be billed for the meal.
Payment: Bills are sent monthly for the previous month. They are due on receipt. Cash, checks and food stamp vouchers are accepted. People who do not by their bills in a timely fashion will have to prepay for future meals.
