Our program graduates work in over 70 West Central Minnesota Businesses.

Our graduates are recognized for their hard work after 3, 6 and 12 months of success in a community job.

Each year 16 men and women are recognized as Outstanding Employees. They are given a framed certificate and gift card. Later in the year, each honoree is recognized with words and appreciation gifts at our Annual Meeting and Awards Banquet.

Individual businesses also thank our hard workers. Each community business is different. Some of our graduates have been highlighted in businesses newsletters, others have been taken to lunch, and some have received notes and handshakes.

We provide on-going employment support for people, both when they are in training programs, and later, after they have graduated to community employment. Our goal is happily employed people doing good work and businesses pleased with our workers.
